Training
We are glad to present our offer of training programs implemented by PASJA GDT trainers. The offer allows for a practical and flexible matching both the scope and the form of specific trainings according to individual needs of our clients. This gives the participants optimum conditions for practicing skills and broadening their knowledge, fulfilling so their specific requirements
The offered training programs are an initial phase for works over the shape of specific training programs. We hope that mutually with our customers we can work out an optimum program of trainings which will satisfy various training needs of our customers. We realize that a good training project may be created only if there is a good consultation and close co-operation with the client.
In order to closely match the training program with the needs of our customers and with the expectation of future course participants we suggest the following:
STAGE I – Identification and analysis of training needs
- meeting the customer > analysis of the needs and expectations
- preparation of a initial training program
- another meeting with the customer (optionally phone or mail contact) in order to agree on program details
- pre-test ( checking knowledge of a given thematic area) – if the target of the training is to check knowledge
STAGE II - training preparation
- discussion with selected company employees
- working out individual training methodology and strategy
- preparation of training materials

STAGE III - training implementation
STAGE IV – Conclusions and activities after training completion
- post training trainer`s report
- evaluation performed in the form of a supervision and/or post training meeting
- post training test ( checking how much the course participants` knowledge changes after the course completion)
- certificates for participants
